1. Standard Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or copyright reasons. These include:

• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital downloads and software
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, log into your Yellow Bazar account, navigate to "My Orders," select the item you wish to return, and click "Initiate Return." Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a prepaid shipping label.

If you checked out as a guest, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 3-5 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Yellow Bazar will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to buyer's remorse (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong size), a flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
